  Ruby Nell Bridges Hall By: Jack Arnold Ruby Nell Bridges Hall has been a brave and bold human being ever since she was a six year old and was the first African American to attend an all white school,  William Frantz Elementary School.  People like Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King Jr. left their mark on this planet.  Ruby Bridges did the same thing, but this is a story of an unsung hero.   The Benefits of Getting Exercise By: Jack Arnold J Exercise, it gives us amazing mental health, a big mood booster, it makes us glad on a day that may feel sad.  We need exercise to stay fit, stay healthy and stay active.  These are the main benefits of getting exercise.
