We need exercise to stay fit, stay healthy and stay active. These are the main benefits of getting exercise. First off, getting exercise will increase the muscle and reduce the fat. For example, push ups are a great exercise for getting stronger abs and reducing belly fat. Also, getting lots of exercise can release adrenaline and dopamine, which can increase your mood and it helps us focus. Adrenaline and dopamine are really good benefits for learning in school, and the more you focus the better odds you have to get a good grade.
